Three girls stand in front of a ramada and a tipi. The girls are left to right: Maggie Quintana, Mary Quintana, and niece May Andrez with the grandmother in the ramada surrounded by reeds for the basket she is weaving. By the wall in the ramada is a drum made of hide stretched over a frame and secured with leather thongs. The ramada had scrub oak branches added every summer. Location: Jicarilla Agency.
