This picture shows a Pueblo Ruin in Cordova Canyon. According to Gertrude Van Roekel it was thought the Anasazi erected this dwelling when they migrated to the Rio Grande Valley. The small cubicles were for storing grain with the people living on the mountain top above the cliff containing the dwelling where they could observe their enemies approaching. Note the petroglyphs on the top tier of the wall and the holes in the wall which were probably for floor beams.
