Nurse Nellie Schiebner with twins: Eileen and Judy Romero. Twins were thought to have two different fathers. When the babies were taken home, the smaller one, Eileen, was placed in a box outside the tent without attention. She was rescued by an older aunt who visited the family. The aunt took the baby to rear in her home. Later, the mother died and the aunt took all six girls to care for. See photo IV.83-076 for additional information.
