Four unidentified men at Trigonias Quarry site located near Horsetail Creek, a handwritten note on the print indicates that the men are "Fossil Diggers and Guide." The excavation site was quite significant, yielding the remains of a variety of prehistoric rhinoceroses including at least three complete Trigonias skeletons as well as at least thirty-seven skulls, fifty-nine pairs of mandibles, eight pelvic girdles, eight trays of vertebrae, several complete sets of ribs, and numerous limb bones. Duplicate fossils were used in exchange with various institutions across the country including The Field Museum and Harvard University.
