description:
|
From Dave Baysinger"s notes: the Kanorado locality is well known for mammoth, bison and camel bones in close proximity with human artifacts such as stone knives, scrapers and stone flakes. After systematically removing layers of dirt, the dirt is placed in buckets to be further examined by vigorously shaking the dirt through the sifter. The sifter is made with wire mesh to catch any small bones and artifacts.
