Carved wooden Kachina doll. The kachina has a black dress with white cape with three red stripes top and bottom. It has a white throat, legs and moccasins. It has a tableta headdress with a white fack mask with red spots on cheeks. The chin is painted with lines radiating from the mouth and each triangle so made is painted with a different color. The costume may be white, embroidered, ceremonial robe and a black dress and a maiden's shawl. The feet are usually bare.
