description:
|
Oliver Levato is holding a puppy in front of an earth oven while three other puppies explore around the oven. Oliver is wearing a beaded belt with animal designs instead of the traditional geometric designs. The earth oven is made of adobe mixed with straw plastered over a framework of bricks or green twigs formed in an arch. The oven is heated with oak wood which when the baker decides it is ready they swab out the floor with a wet cloth on a stick and place bread to be baked in the oven. The front opening and the chimney are covered to retain the heat.
