Information provided by Gertrude Van Roekel: "The baby sitter, if she has attended school, has now reverted to her reservation Indian style dress. The loose sleeves are bound with a colorful braid, for decoration. The wide belt and hair rolled and tied with yarn are all bits reverting to the former style of dress in which she feels more comfortable. The baby is wrapped firmly in a bundle of blankets which are tied with a leather thong."
