description:
|
Bone ornaments and implements from the Taylor Site. One implement is made from a rodent rib bone- one end is pointed and the other notched, and there are two encircling grooves on the shaft, one near the pointed end, and one in the center. The pointed end could have been used to perforate material and the notched end may have held a cord or sinew which was pushed through a previously prepared hole.
