Little Great Horned Owl on log along the Platte River in Colorado. Handwritten on original negative envelope "Little G.H. Owl on log down Platte." The photographer Albert C. Rodgers held many positions at the museum including Curator and Chief Preparator of Mammals; many of his specimans are still on display today. He spent hours in the field photographically documenting wildlife for future exhibits.
