Close up of Jumping Spider on green stalk or Phiddipus audax. It is also commonly referred to as the daring jumping spider, or bold jumping spider. Known as the largest jumping spiders with a brilliant, iridescent green chelicerae. Fran Hall was a famous insect and bird photographer who lived in Boulder, Colorado. Hall also made documentary nature films for the Audubon Society and Walt Disney. He toured the county showing his films in libraries and in town halls narrating the films live.
