Front view of a heavily beaded girl's buckskin dress made by the Sioux tribe of the Northern Plains of the U.S. Predominantly blue beaded background with rows of red, yellow, dark blue and white surrounding the design. Inside of yoke design are two sets of three connected triangles with crosses in the middle. There are two rows of beadwork at the bottom. Each rawhide thong on the dress has a brass bell at the top. Note the fringe at the end of the sleeves and on the bottom of the dress with shorter fringe running down each side. The front has a red beaded v-neck.
